What to bring: Handbuilding and trimming tools, 2x2 cloth or shirt that can be cut in half, notepad.

This workshop will be focused on producing a few types of Neri-Komi (planned set pattern) and Neri-Age (marbling) in smaller objects like bowls, plates or sculptures. This workshop will not cover the material preparation process in physical work due to the tremendous amount of time involved for the process and the cost of the material involved. Instead, that part will be explained how it is done in my past practice, (other colored porcelain craftsmen may do very differently), and any individual questions are welcome after the workshop for further details.
